How it works
You set spots, times and rules
One or more time slots per day, each with your number of laptop spots. Busy with lunch guests at noon? Then there are no spots at noon. Guests see your laptop rules before they come. Changes are visible to everyone right away.

Guests see your free spots in the app, come on purpose and check in on site. Guests who agree appear with their first name and photo while they're there, so they don't have to show anything. When everything is taken, they don't come in the first place. No awkward conversations at the door.

Blurred guests prefer not to share their name and photo. They show you their check-in in the app.
You get paid for every check-in
Guests pay for the check-in from their plan or on its own. You get €2.00 per check-in, on top of what they order. We pay out monthly.

Automatic seats via your POS Beta
Connect your POS once and Co•fé adjusts your laptop seats by itself, depending on how full the café is right now. You decide how many seats always stay free for other guests, and “It's full” always wins. A trial run first shows you what the automation would do, before you switch it on.
